CARROT Metamask Wallet Tutorial (Web Version)

Set up the metamask wallet and configure it to connect to the BSC.

一、Install the Metamask browser extension

1. Visit the metamask website to download the extension for your web browser.

二、Create a Metamask Wallet

After installing extension, you should be transferred to a welcome screen and click “ Get Started".

三、Create Metamask Wallet Password


Create password to protect your extension wallet, so as to protect your information

四、Backup your Secret Phrase


You will be given 12 secret phrase upon creating new wallet, it is used to restore wallet and must be kept confidential. You should write these words on a piece of paper and store them in a safe place in case there is a problem and you need to recover your wallet.

五、Connect Metamask to the main network of BSC


Now that your wallet has been set up, we need to configure it to connect to BSC. The procedure is very simple. You can easily switch between networks by using the buttons near the top of the app.


Click onto network select button near the top of the application.
If you have not added BSC main network information before, please click "custom RPC".

Select custom RPC.
Enter the following in the BSC main network:

  • Network Name: BSC main network
  • New RPC URL: https://bsc-dataseed1.binance.org/
  • ChainID: 56
  • Symbol: BNB
  • Block Explorer URL: https://bscscan.com/
  • Then press "save"


Add CARROT into list, Contract Address: 0xE0e5c579eb4635Df3118a05FbF3cf85c7df3a078


Click “Next” then “Add Token”, CARROT has been successfully added


At the same time, you can add other commonly used tokens to your wallet. The addresses of various token contracts in the BSC network are as follows:
